Yoga at Strand
Partnering with yoga instructor Pratik Sankhe, Strand is excited to now offer yoga classes to members and guests. Yoga is the perfect way to prepare the body for the upcoming golf season or even just help you find some balance within a busy lifestyle.
The classes will run for the next 5 Thursdays before changing to Wednesdays throughout the season. The next 5 weeks class dates are:
March - 21 & 28
April - 4, 11 & 18
Classes will run from 18:00 - 19:00 though we ask everyone to arrive around 17:45 so we can be sure to start on time. Each class will be 100kr per person and can be paid for in the restaurant. The classes will take place in Strands conference room and there are change rooms for those who want to shower and change before or after the session. Yoga mats will also be provided.

More about Strands yoga instructor Pratik Sankhe
Pratik Sankhe was born near Mumbai, India and began practicing yoga as a lifestyle from a young age. Pratik is a certified a yoga teacher, registered with the International yoga association with studies in the areas of Asanas ( Postures), Pranayam, Meditation, Anatomy, yogic and vedic philosophy.
Pratik also studied in London where he completed a masters degree in business management and a bachelors degree in tourism and hotel management. Pratik moved to Strängnäs in July 2016 where he lives with his partner.
Pratik is excited to begin a collaboration with Strand and both Pratik and Strand are excited to offer our members and guests the possibility to learn and discover yoga and the benefits it has to offer.
